The story

From inside the building to in your corner

David spent 10+ years building and running HR inside companies of nearly every type — hypergrowth fintech, healthtech SaaS, a Fortune 500 consumer giant, a solar company managing field installer teams, and a recruiting firm. He saw the same thing from every seat: the HR practices that protect a company aren't complicated, but small businesses almost never have them, because they can't justify a senior HR hire.
